Salary up to $2,100

Training Provided

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with invoices
  • Assist in preparing contract and documents
  • Price watch
  • Handles client and customer enquiries (email and incoming calls)
  • Admin support
  • Help in sourcing for products
  • Liaise with warehouse for incoming and outgoing shipment

Contractual Period:

  • Permanent

Salary:

  • $2,500 - $3,000
  • Entitled to: Meal allowance, transport allowance, and personal performance incentive.

Location:

  • UbiĀ 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Saturday (9am to 1pm)

Requirements:

  • At least O Level holder preferred
  • Being experienced in Cosmetics / Fragrance industry would be an added bonus
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers
