Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide PC Support and Maintenance at Corporate HQ and Retail Outlets
  • Responsible for assembling and configuring a computer, installing operating systems and software as well as trouble shooting hardware (such as printer, PC, POS, etc.) and software problems
  • Responsible for setting-up, configuring and implementing network equipment such as switches and routers in a Wide Area Network (WAN) and Wireless LAN (WLAN) for Enterprise Networking
  • To assist in setting up Point of Sale (POS) System in the retail outlets.
  • To assist in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support the Company Business Information System
  • Responsible for documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures.

Job Requirements:
  • At least a Higher NITEC qualification in one of these areas:
    1. Business Information Systems
    2. Information Technology
    3. Info-Communication Technology or
    4. Electronics (Computer & Networking)
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience will be advantageous
  • Have a keen interest and passion in IT-related work
  • IT savvy, analytical and meticulous
  • Dedicated and driven to excel with a positive attitude
  • Keen learner who is able to work independently and perform under pressure
  • Responsible and able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
