Job Descriptions:

  • Assist to provide administrative support to the banking team in record keeping
  • Responsible in other duties like data entry and retrieval of documents
  • Preparation of internal reports
  • Assist in handling calls and strive to provide good customer service 
  • Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when required
  • Training will be provided 

Requirements:

  • Minimum A levels / Diploma Holders / Undergrads and above
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • IT Savvy (Ms. Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Available immediate or within short notice
