To ensure restaurant is set-up and ready for operation and that the dining experience is of the highest quality. The incumbent will be required to provide leadership for the business unit that result in meeting/exceeding the goals of the hotel while upholding the standards of the restaurant.




  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills with excellent leadership and organisation abilities
  • Possess strong background in Food and Beverage operations
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English/Mandarin
