HR Consultant and Administration Executive/Assistant

Salary: 2200.00

Responsibilities 

  • Assist company recruitment needs in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing potential candidates. 
  • Sourcing recruitment strategies and candidates.
  • Developing communication materials. 
  • Scheduling of appointments, contacting candidates and conducting briefing.
  • Responsible for maintaining ongoing business files and running business errands.
  • Pay roll tracking.
  • Certain administrative work will be expected. 
  • Maintaining the internal database and presentations for the marketing activities.
