Job Description:

  • Assist and Support the Facility Manager in day-to-day building and facilities management.
  • Oversee and coordinates daily activities of cleaning, maintenance and servicing work, security, checking and compliance to environmental (NEA), Fire safety (SCDF) and WSH / at work safety (MOM) requirement.
  • Performs key role in the oversight of building maintenance and business / production operations.
  • Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
  • On-call for building emergencies and interacts with building occupants resolving day to day problems.
  • Coordinates security systems and/or safety programs. Maintain FCC control and facilitator for external authorities such as SCDF, NEA etc.
  • Compiles and prepares building operations budget, fixed asset accountability and general building-related financial work.
  • Oversees the workflow of subcontractors/workers involved in schedule maintenance.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any Building or M&E related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Manufacturing / Building & Construction environment
  • Experience in Facilities Management
  • Hands-on and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent use of MS Office especially Excels and Words
