Job Description

HR Administration

  • Monitor closely on the foreign employees’ work passes administration
  • Prepare employment contracts and schedule medical check-up accordingly.
  • To administer staff resignation process
  • Assist in ordering of stationary via Material Control
  • To send probationary review form to all department heads of new hires and those who are promoted, prepare confirmation letter accordingly.
  • Keep proper filing of all staff personal files.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Verify time attendance for monthly payroll processing
  • Coordinate staff medical claim submission
  • Handles leave administration matters

Learning & Development

  • Facilitate training session such as orientation programs in classroom setting
  • Schedule training programs for staff (eg, first aid, food hygiene course)
  • Maintain proper training record
  • Submission of training grants (if applicable)

Recruitment

  • Posting Job Advertisement on local job portal.
  • Screening of candidates for the Executives, Supervisory, Rank & File Staff
  • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, as required

Other duties

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources roles
  • Applicant with ACTA will be advantage
  • Knowledge of Times Software
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and employment law requirements
  • Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market
  • Good team working skills, able to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Good organization skills, Ability to multi-task
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
  • Ability to work independently having good initiative in a dynamic environment
