Role profile 

The HR Effectiveness Change Management Specialist is accountable for developing and implementing change management activities in support of the implementation of DAN’s HR Effectiveness strategy underpinned by a robust technology and operations in the APAC region.  The role holder will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization across geographies, and will report into the APAC HR Effectiveness Director.


Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, drive, and collaborate with the HR Effectiveness Change Team and APAC market stakeholders to ensure change and communication needs are represented and met
  • Develop and manage the overall APAC HR Effectiveness Change Plan
  • Own and manage stakeholder engagement plans – ensures communications are delivered in a timely and effective manner to the targeted audience
  • Collaborate with global change team and market change leads, internalize and develop APAC/Market localized communication materials
  • Work closely with the country leads and change leads in markets, perform holistic training needs analysis to address knowledge gaps in system, processes or new ways of working
  • Scope of the change includes embedding change, incorporating new features and adoption enablers as well as preparing markets for initial transition to a global people platform & global standards of working
  • Leverage existing training assets, tools, technology, map them against training needs and develop training assets alongside market change leads
  • Support the market change leads in their development and provide hands-on virtual support for training & change management to APAC markets as needed
  • Constantly innovate in communication and training methods, tools and channels while driving efficiency and successful change results
  • On-going report and measure the impact of the change program to drive the desired change outcome in various teams

Experience and background

  • 5 solid years of working experience in training and change management in digital transformation, HR digital transformation preferred
  • Proven Change Management and Project Management skills
  • Knowledge and experience of enabling employee life cycle through technology preferred
  • Independent and driven individual that could work with minimal guidance, could prioritize and manage effectively parallel on-going activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese language abilities is a definite plus
  • Maturity and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced and matrixed environment 
  • Regional experience and cultural sensitivity a must

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR and prior project change management implementation experience of HRIS or ERP systems, or an established user of a global HRIS solution in a large multinational (Workday is an advantage).
  • Previous Management Consulting or Professional Services background an advantage
